SaaSOptics is the leading subscription management platform for emerging and growth Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) businesses. The affordable, cloud-based solution enables SaaS companies to eliminate their dependency on spreadsheets and streamline their financial operations, reporting, and performance metrics.

SaaSOptics wanted to build greater market awareness and drive momentum for its platform adoption among SaaS companies.

Content Development, Media Placements at Forefront of Integrated Campaign

SaaSOptics partnered with Carabiner Communications for a range of strategic marketing and public relations activities. At a high level, the integrated programs included digital marketing campaigns, proactive media pitching, the placement of SaaSOptics-contributed articles in key publications such as Forbes, content syndication, the pursuit of speaker placements and awards opportunities, development of customer case studies, and media outreach around key news events.

As an example of the latter, SaaSOptics received a significant Series B investment that came on the heels of a record-breaking quarter with 70 percent growth in new Annual Recurring Revenue bookings and the addition of 66 new customers. To get the word out, Carabiner developed a news release which it pre-pitched under embargo to top-tier news outlets, followed by personalized contact with other key publications the day of the release. The agency further supported the announcement with news dissemination through social media channels.
