CLIENT:

Analytics Company Revamps Website Copy For 3X Customer Engagement

The Opportunity

Kaizen Analytix offers advanced analytics that empower organizations to make better-informed decisions, faster. Leveraging client and industry data, its solutions deliver insights for increased revenue, decreased costs, and operational efficiencies. Kaizen uses its website to educate visitors on its capabilities. But data analytics is a complex business, and Kaizen recognized it needed a way to engage site visitors quickly so they stayed longer to learn more—increasing the likelihood of conversion.

Focus On Benefits

Carabiner recommended that copy be reworked on the first pages of the Kaizen website to simplify and better articulate benefits to prospects, taking care to address their pain points. While exactly how Kaizen addresses customer needs (via a deeper dive on its technologies) is still important, the agency emphasized that such information should come after the customer is intrigued and motivated to learn more. Carabiner also advised stronger CTAs and SEO optimization.

Results

Combined with a digital ad campaign to drive traffic, website visitor engagement time increased 320% post copy revamp (7/1/23-12/31/23 vs. 1/1/23-7/1/23)

“Carabiner came to our rescue with their ability to quickly problem-solve and contribute valuable copy and creative assets for our nimble marketing team. Their strategy to create a more engaging and compelling narrative for our user experience allowed us to boost our website KPIs across the board.”
